1. REFUND POLICY

All payments made to the platform are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
1.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment transactions
Proven technical failure preventing access within the first 7 days of enrollment
Course/program cancellation by the platform
1.3 Non-Refundable Cases No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind after enrollment
Failure to attend sessions (live or virtual)
Incomplete participation or withdrawal by the learner
Missed access due to personal scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction where program delivery meets stated outline
1.4 Conditional Refunds (Partial)
Requests made within 3–5 days of enrollment may qualify for partial refund (up to 50%), subject to:
No more than 20% of content accessed
No certification issued
1.5 Processing Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.
1.6 Refund Request Process All requests must be submitted:
In writing via official platform channels
With proof of payment and reason for request
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
Users may cancel enrollment at any time
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
Access to program content may be revoked immediately upon cancellation
2.2 Platform-Initiated Cancellation The platform reserves the right to cancel:
Programs with low enrollment
Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
Participation of users violating platform policies
2.3 Rescheduling
The platform may reschedule sessions where necessary
Users will be notified in advance
No refunds will be issued for rescheduled sessions
2.4 Event/Live Session Policy
Tickets for live events are non-refundable but transferable (with approval)
Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event

3.1 Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with all policies, terms, and applicable laws.
3.2 User Responsibilities Users agree to:

Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform materials
3.3 Intellectual Property All content (videos, curriculum, tools, recordings, frameworks) is:
Owned by the platform or its partners
Protected under applicable intellectual property laws
Not to be copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission
3.4 Certification & Outcomes Disclaimer
Certificates are awarded based on completion criteria
The platform does not guarantee employment, funding, or business success
Outcomes depend on individual effort and external factors
3.5 Community & Conduct The platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment or discrimination
Disruptive behavior
Misrepresentation or fraud
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
3.6 Platform Rights The platform reserves the right to:
Modify content, structure, or instructors
Update pricing and policies
Remove or restrict user access for policy violations
